These terms govern your use of fullstacksolution.net, the corporate website of FullStack Solutions. They cover the website itself. Any work we do together is governed by whatever agreement we sign for that work, not by this page.
Sending an enquiry is not a contract
The contact form starts a conversation. Sending it does not create an agreement, reserve capacity, commit us to taking on your project, or commit you to anything. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. An engagement begins only when both sides sign a written agreement setting out scope, timelines and fees.
We read every enquiry, and sometimes our answer is that we are not the right people for the work.
Confidentiality
Sending us information through this website does not put a non-disclosure agreement in place, and you should not treat it as one. We will not publish or misuse what you send, but if your material is genuinely confidential, tell us and we will sign an NDA before you send it.
Please do not upload third-party confidential material, personal data belonging to your customers, credentials, or anything you are not free to share.
Intellectual property
The design, code, text, structure and brand of this website belong to FullStack Solutions. You may read it, share links to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy the design or substantial parts of the content for your own site or product.
What you send us stays yours. We use it only to answer your enquiry. Ownership of anything we create in a paid engagement is settled in that engagement’s agreement, not here.
Client and partner work shown on this site
The projects shown under Selected Work are described from our own involvement. Client names, logos and trade marks belong to those clients and appear as a record of work delivered, not as an endorsement of FullStack Solutions by them, and not as a claim over their products.
Where we work under an agency partner’s brand, the partner owns the client relationship. Nothing on this site alters that.
Links to other sites
This website links to client sites, partner sites and our own products. We do not control anything beyond our own domain and are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or practices of a site we link to. A link is a reference, not a recommendation.
FULLSTACK products
SeatWise, Dentist Dost and LYVOR are our own products. They are separate services with their own terms, their own privacy arrangements and their own support. Using one of them is governed by that product’s terms, not by this page. Nothing here grants you a licence to any of them.
Careers
Roles listed on this site are open at the time of publication and may be withdrawn or changed. Applying does not create an employment relationship, an offer, or a promise of an interview. Benefits, working arrangements and terms of employment are whatever a written offer states; nothing on this site is part of a contract of employment.
Acceptable use
Please do not use this website to attempt unauthorised access, probe or test its security without our written permission, send automated or bulk submissions through the contact form, upload malicious files, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or impersonate anyone.
We rate-limit the contact form and screen uploads. We may block access that appears abusive.
No professional advice
Anything published here — including writing under Insights — is general information about how we think about building software. It is not technical, legal, financial or professional advice for your situation, and you should not act on it without advice that accounts for your circumstances.
No guaranteed outcomes
We make no promise about results, revenue, growth, rankings, performance or timelines on this website. Descriptions of past work describe what was built, not what your project will achieve. Any commitment we make about your work is made in that engagement’s agreement.
Availability
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of something outside our control. We may change, move or remove pages, and we may withdraw a service described here.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law permits, FullStack Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business arising from your use of this website or from your reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
What we do with information you send is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version is the one that applies when you use the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
