This policy explains what FullStack Solutions does with the information you give us through this website, fullstacksolution.net. It covers the corporate website only. Individual FULLSTACK products — SeatWise, Dentist Dost and LYVOR — are separate services and may publish their own privacy policies covering the data they handle as products.

What we collect, and when

We collect information only when you send us something. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

When you send an enquiry

The contact form asks different questions depending on why you are writing. Across all of its routes it may collect:

• your name and email address, which are always required
• your company or agency name, and a website address
• the answers you select from the lists we offer — product stage, what you are building, where you need help, the kind of agency you run, what you need delivered, the nature of the engagement, or which of our products you need support with
• the message you write
• a target timeline, if you give one
• for a career enquiry: a phone number, your current location and a portfolio, LinkedIn or GitHub address, all optional
• a file you choose to attach — a brief, requirements, designs or a CV

Alongside that we record the page the form was submitted from, the site that referred you if you arrived from one, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source and its companions). This tells us which of our pages and campaigns actually start conversations. It is never shown publicly.

Technical information

To stop automated abuse of the contact form, we calculate a one-way hash of your IP address and keep it for fifteen minutes to count recent submissions. The address itself is not stored and cannot be recovered from the hash. We do not keep server-side logs of your browsing beyond what our hosting provider retains for operational and security purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own for visitors who are not logged in to it, and it currently loads no analytics or advertising technology. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and put appropriate consent in place before turning it on.

The site does include code that can report anonymous interaction events — which call to action was clicked, which enquiry type was chosen — to an analytics tool if one is ever connected. That code is deliberately built so it cannot transmit your name, email address, phone number, message or file.

Why we use it

To read your enquiry, decide whether we are the right people to help, and reply. For a career enquiry, to assess your application. We do not sell information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

How it is stored

Enquiries are stored as private records in this website’s database, readable only by the people at FullStack Solutions who administer the site. They are not published, are not reachable from any public address, and are excluded from search engines and from the site’s sitemap.

Files you attach — including CVs — are stored outside the website’s public directory with randomised filenames. They do not appear in the site’s media library, have no public web address, and can only be retrieved by an authenticated administrator through a permission-checked download.

Who else sees it

Two service providers necessarily handle information on our behalf:

• Our hosting provider, which runs the server this website and its database sit on.
• Brevo, which delivers the notification email that tells us an enquiry has arrived. That email contains what you submitted, so that we can read it in our inbox.

We do not pass your information to anyone else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

• Business enquiries — product, agency partnership, product support and general — are kept for 24 months from the date they are received.
• Career applications that do not lead to an offer are kept for 12 months.

Records are deleted automatically when their period expires, and any attached file is deleted with them.

Some records are kept longer, and only for a reason: an active or ongoing client relationship, an obligation under law, tax or accounting rules, an unresolved dispute, or an open security or fraud investigation. Where that applies, the record is marked as held and the automatic deletion skips it until the reason no longer exists.

Your choices

Write to connect@fullstacksolution.net and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We do not require a particular form of words, and we will not charge you for it.

If you ask us to delete an enquiry, we delete the record and any file attached to it. We may keep it if one of the reasons above genuinely applies, and we will say so rather than quietly retaining it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are private, attachments sit outside the web root behind an authentication check, uploads are restricted by type and size and are inspected rather than trusted, and the form is protected against automated abuse.

No website can promise that nothing will ever go wrong, and we do not claim any certification we have not actually obtained.

Children

This is a business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use information already collected will be explained here rather than made quietly.
